Towards Developing an Intelligent Sustainable Hemp-based Bioplastic Supply Chain Assessment Model
• Lignocellulosic fibers and lignin show great promise to decrease energy utilization as an alternative to the synthetic fibers commonly used in composite material production.
• Organizations and companies require to develop a competitive advantage in terms of price, quality, and sustainability.
This project aims to evaluate and compare different biocomposite production processes by analyzing techno-economic, life cycle, and social opportunities in the context of industry 4.0 solutions through Artificial Intelligence (AI) models in a digitalized system. The proposed intelligent decision-making framework will help in faster and more efficient decision-making in the digital supply chain.
